Part of carrying out an effective Disaster Response is knowing when and how to properly intervene. But this would prove to be an arduous task if not for inter-operable datasets among DRRM partners. That said, having a common operating picture among decision-makers, disaster responders, and affected population is an imperative in any disaster response operations.
